Manufacturing process

Turning & Milling — Multi-axis CNC turning for accurate shaft geometry and features.
Grinding & Polishing — Achieve surface finishes for sealing surfaces and stem interfaces.
Heat treatment & coating — Nitriding, hardening, chrome plating or passivation as specified.
Secondary operations — Threading, keyways, flats, drilling, assembly-ready chamfers.
Inspection & testing — CMM, micrometers, surface roughness (Ra), hardness, and pressure/leak simulation as required.
